What You'll Do
As a Generative AI Development Engineer at ArcticEider, you will research and experiment with the latest advances in generative AI like DALL-E, GPT-3-4, Stable Diffusion, Whisper, etc. to conceptualize new solutions

Design, train, and deploy novel generative AI models for text, image, video, and audio generation

Continuously improve existing generative models by leveraging techniques like prompt engineering, fine-tuning, etc.

Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to produce models and integrate them into applications

Monitor model performance in production and address issues like bias, safety, etc. through techniques like human-in-the-loop

Stay up-to-date on generative AI research and industry trends
Who You Are
-
BS/MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field

1+ years of experience building and deploying generative AI models

Expertise in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow
-
Strong coding skills in Python, experience with libraries like HuggingFace Transformers
